Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The Alasveris Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new Store owners to Alasveris. When a genuinely new Store subscribes through a valid affiliate attribution, the Affiliate may earn a commission on qualifying payments, subject to these Terms.

The Program is operated by Alasveris and governed by these Affiliate Terms, the Alasveris Terms of Use, and the applicable Program settings as configured by Alasveris. In the event of conflict, these Affiliate Terms take precedence over the general Terms of Use on affiliate-specific matters.

The Affiliate Program is entirely separate from the Alasveris Referral Program. Participation in one does not grant rights or benefits under the other.

The Program is available only where permitted by applicable law. Alasveris may restrict Program participation by country, region, or user category at any time.

To participate in the Program you must: (a) hold a valid, active Alasveris account in good standing; (b) be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (c) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (d) comply with all applicable laws. Businesses may apply provided the individual completing the application is duly authorised to act on behalf of the entity. Alasveris employees, contractors, and their immediate household members are not eligible.

To apply, complete the application form at the designated page. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes. Applications may be reviewed manually or processed automatically depending on the current Program configuration. Alasveris may approve or reject any application at its discretion.

Upon approval you receive a unique affiliate code and primary tracking link. You may begin promoting Alasveris only after receiving official confirmation of your approval. By submitting your application you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Your acceptance of the current terms version is recorded at the time of application. If the Terms are updated, you may be required to re-accept to maintain your affiliate status.

Alasveris may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, compliance, or eligibility. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination.

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between Alasveris and any Affiliate. Affiliates have no authority to bind Alasveris, make representations on its behalf, or incur obligations in its name.

Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing their promotional activities, including advertising disclosure laws, tax obligations, data protection laws, and consumer protection requirements in their jurisdiction. Alasveris is not responsible for third-party agreements, obligations, or costs incurred by Affiliates in connection with their promotional activities.

Upon approval, Alasveris provides a unique affiliate code and a primary tracking link. These are personal to your account and must not be transferred to or used on behalf of any other person or entity. You must not modify the link structure in a way that bypasses or interferes with the tracking mechanism.

Attribution is established when a user clicks your tracking link, which sets a tracking record for the duration of the applicable attribution window (determined by the current Program settings and displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard). If a user's attribution expires or they clear their browser data before subscribing, attribution may be lost; Alasveris does not guarantee attribution in all cases.

Attribution is determined at the time of the first qualifying payment. If a user clicks affiliate links from more than one Affiliate before subscribing, attribution follows the logic implemented in the current Program settings.

If your affiliate account is suspended or terminated, your links are deactivated immediately and no further commissions are attributed through them.

An affiliate commission is available only for a genuinely new Store — one where: (a) the subscriber has not previously owned or operated a Store on Alasveris; (b) the Store has no prior paid invoices; and (c) no prior affiliate acquisition conversion exists for that Store identity, including cancelled conversions where a discount was applied.

The determination of "New Store" status is made at the time of the first qualifying payment using current platform records. Alasveris's determination is final.

The affiliate acquisition benefit is lifetime-once per Store identity. A Store that previously received this benefit — even if the associated payment was later refunded or the conversion was cancelled — is permanently ineligible for a further benefit. Refund or cancellation of the original payment reverses the associated commission but does not restore the Store's eligibility.

Reactivating a lapsed subscription, upgrading a plan, switching billing cycles, or recreating an account does not make an existing Store or user eligible for a first-acquisition benefit.

When the Program is configured to offer a discount to new Stores, the applicable discount percentage is applied to the first qualifying Store subscription payment. The percentage is determined by the current Program settings and displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard and on the Program landing page.

The discount applies only to genuinely new Stores that meet all criteria in Section 5, and only to the first eligible payment unless the current Program configuration expressly states otherwise. It is not available for renewals, plan upgrades, reactivations, or repeated use.

Alasveris may modify or discontinue the discount at any time. Changes apply to new conversions from the effective date forward.

Commissions are earned on qualifying payments made by Stores successfully attributed to you. A qualifying payment is a successful, non-refunded, non-disputed Store subscription payment processed through Alasveris's authorised payment processor.

Commissions are not earned on: (a) payments subsequently refunded, reversed, or charged back; (b) payments involving self-referral (see Section 14); (c) payments made under fraudulent, manipulated, or prohibited circumstances; or (d) payments whose attribution Alasveris cannot verify.

Commission amounts are calculated based on the qualifying payment amount and the applicable tier rate per the current Program settings. Commissions are denominated in US dollars. Alasveris's calculation is final, subject to any inquiry or dispute submitted through the contact process described in Section 21.

The Program uses a tiered commission structure. Each tier has a qualifying monthly revenue threshold and an associated commission rate. The applicable tiers, thresholds, and rates are determined by the current Program settings and displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard. Alasveris may add, remove, or adjust tiers at any time with advance notice where commercially practicable.

Tier qualification is calculated per calendar month. Your monthly qualifying revenue ("qualifying revenue") resets to zero at the start of each new calendar month (00:00 UTC on the 1st), regardless of previous performance. Historical commission and revenue records are preserved and are not deleted at month-end.

The Program operates in either Flat or Progressive calculation mode per current Program settings. In Flat mode, the entire qualifying payment earns the commission rate of the tier your pre-payment revenue places you in. In Progressive mode, each payment is split proportionally across tier bands so that the portion falling within each band earns that band's rate. The current mode is displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard.

When enabled by the current Program settings, you may earn commissions on qualifying subscription renewal payments made by Stores originally attributed to you. Recurring commissions are strictly commission-on-success: a commission is generated only when the attributed Store makes a successful qualifying renewal payment. No commission accrues for failed, cancelled, or refunded renewal periods.

The commission rate applied to renewal payments is based on your tier at the time of each renewal, which may differ from your tier at the time of the original conversion.

The number of recurring commission events per attributed Store may be limited by the current Program settings. Alasveris may limit, suspend, or discontinue recurring commissions at any time.

If a qualifying payment that generated a commission is subsequently refunded or successfully charged back, the associated commission is cancelled (if not yet paid out) or reversed (if already paid out). Alasveris may adjust the commission amount proportionally where a partial refund is processed.

A reversal of a paid commission may be deducted from future payouts, or Alasveris may request direct repayment. You will be notified of any reversal and the reason for it.

A refund or chargeback does not restore the affiliate acquisition eligibility of the affected Store (see Section 5). Alasveris's refund and chargeback decisions are final.

Eligibility. To be eligible for payout, your available payable balance — the total of valid commissions not disputed, under investigation, refunded, reversed, already paid, assigned to another payout, or otherwise disqualified — must meet or exceed the minimum payout threshold configured in the current Program settings. Your affiliate account must be in approved standing. Current threshold and balance information are displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard.

Payout account. Alasveris may require you to establish and maintain a valid payout account with Alasveris's designated payment provider before receiving payouts. Provider onboarding, identity verification, and other information (including tax, banking, or business details) may be required by the payment provider. Failure to complete required onboarding may delay or prevent payouts. Alasveris does not directly collect or store payment credentials where they are collected by the designated provider. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payout information; Alasveris is not responsible for misdirected payouts due to information you provide.

Manual payout mode. Where the Program is configured for manual payouts, you may request withdrawal directly from your Affiliate Dashboard once your available payable balance meets the minimum threshold. Manual withdrawal does not require waiting for any automatic payout schedule. If your balance does not meet the threshold, it carries forward until you request a payout.

Automatic payout mode. Where the Program is configured for automatic payouts, eligible balances are processed automatically according to the configured schedule, provided the minimum threshold is met. Balances below the threshold carry forward. No action is required from you to trigger automatic processing.

Commission validity and review. Regardless of payout mode, commissions that are disputed, under fraud investigation, subject to a pending refund or chargeback review, or otherwise being reviewed may be withheld pending resolution. The payout schedule does not create a right to payment of invalid, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, or otherwise non-qualifying commissions.

Processing times. Payout processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institutions. Alasveris does not guarantee processing on a specific date and may delay processing pending resolution of a dispute, compliance review, or investigation.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes applicable to your commission income in your jurisdiction, including income tax, self-employment tax, VAT, GST, and any other applicable obligations.

Alasveris does not withhold taxes on commission payments unless required by applicable law. Where withholding is legally required, the withheld amount is deducted from your payout. Alasveris may require tax documentation (such as a W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent) before processing payouts; failure to provide required documentation may delay or withhold payouts.

Commission records provided by Alasveris are for reference only and do not constitute official tax documentation. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific obligations.

You may promote Alasveris through truthful, accurate, and non-misleading means including your personal or business website, blog, or content platform; social media accounts you own or control; email newsletters sent to subscribers who have opted in to receive communications from you; video and podcast content; and community forums or groups where promotion is permitted by the platform's own rules. All promotional content must accurately represent Alasveris and the Program.

You must comply with all applicable advertising standards, platform terms of service, and consumer protection laws in every jurisdiction where you promote the Program.

You must clearly and prominently disclose your affiliate relationship with Alasveris in every promotional context where required by applicable law or platform rules — including compliance with FTC Endorsement Guides, UK ASA/CAP requirements, and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. Disclosure must appear before any call to action and be understandable to a typical reader. Failure to disclose as required is a material breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of commissions, and recovery action by Alasveris.

Self-referrals. You may not earn or attempt to earn a commission from your own Store or account. You must not use another account, a household or family member, an associate, employee, or controlled entity, or any other arrangement for the purpose of circumventing this restriction.

Fake accounts and conversion manipulation. Creating or facilitating fake Alasveris accounts, fake Stores, or artificial subscription events for the purpose of generating commissions is prohibited. This includes using bots, scripts, or automated tools to fabricate attribution or conversion events.

Attribution manipulation. Cookie stuffing (setting attribution cookies without a genuine user click), forced clicks, hidden affiliate links, link injection, URL hijacking, and any other technique that falsely attributes a subscription where no genuine referral click occurred are prohibited.

Bot and non-human traffic. Generating or purchasing fake, bot-generated, or non-human traffic to your affiliate links is prohibited.

Spam. Promoting through unsolicited bulk email, mass direct messages, robocalls, or SMS blasts is prohibited. All email promotion must comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR-compliant requirements.

Trademark and domain abuse. Registering domain names that incorporate the Alasveris brand or confusingly similar variations (including typosquatting), creating sites or profiles that impersonate Alasveris, and bidding on the Alasveris trademark in paid search advertising without prior written authorisation are prohibited.

Interference with other Affiliates. Deliberately interfering with, replacing, or diverting another Affiliate's valid attribution — including through cookie stuffing or forced clicks targeting users already attributed to another Affiliate — is prohibited.

Commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited conduct are void regardless of payout status. Alasveris may seek recovery of such commissions.

Alasveris grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Alasveris name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Alasveris through the Program in accordance with these Terms.

You must not alter, modify, or create derivative works from Alasveris brand assets without prior written approval. You must not create websites, profiles, or content that impersonates Alasveris or misrepresents the nature of your relationship with Alasveris. All intellectual property rights in Alasveris's brand, platform, content, data, and technology remain exclusively with Alasveris.

You retain ownership of original content you create to promote Alasveris, but grant Alasveris a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reference or link to such content for the purpose of recognising your affiliate participation.

Alasveris may change Program settings at any time, including commission rates, tier structures, calculation mode, attribution window duration, validation period, minimum payout threshold, payout mode, recurring commission availability, duration limits, and Store discount percentage. Changes to settings that materially affect future commission calculations will be communicated to active Affiliates with reasonable advance notice where commercially practicable.

Commissions already earned are honoured under the Program settings in effect at the time of the qualifying payment. New payments are subject to the then-current settings. Continued participation after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated settings.

Alasveris may suspend your affiliate account at any time for: actual or suspected violations of these Terms; unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity; failure to provide requested documentation; compliance concerns; or an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding. During suspension your links are inactive, no new commissions are attributed, and payout processing is withheld. Alasveris will notify you of a suspension and review it appropriately.

Either party may terminate your Program participation at any time. You may terminate by notifying Alasveris through the contact page. Alasveris may terminate with or without cause. Termination for cause (including fraud or material breach) may result in forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions. Upon termination without cause for convenience, valid, payable commissions will be processed subject to these Terms.

Upon termination, your affiliate links are deactivated immediately. Alasveris may retain historical commission, payout, and audit records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to fraud, intellectual property, taxes, liability, indemnification, and privacy — remain in effect after termination.

Alasveris may terminate the Program entirely with reasonable advance notice to active Affiliates. Valid, payable commissions as of the termination date will be processed subject to these Terms.

Alasveris makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding the amount of commissions you will earn through the Program. Your earnings depend on many factors outside Alasveris's control, including the quality of your promotional content, your audience, and market conditions. Any earnings figures, case studies, or projections shared by Alasveris in Program marketing materials are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alasveris's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Alasveris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alasveris and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your participation in the Program; (b) your promotional activities; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your affiliate marketing activities.

Alasveris's Privacy Policy governs how Alasveris collects, uses, and processes personal data relating to your affiliate account, including application data, commission activity, attribution records, payout data, and communications. By participating in the Program you acknowledge that Alasveris processes your personal data for the purpose of operating the Program, calculating commissions, processing payouts, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about your account.

You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in connection with your own promotional activities, including obtaining any required consents from your audience.
