This Privacy Policy explains how Alasveris collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our marketplace, create an account, publish listings, operate a Store, communicate with other users, use AI features, participate in supported programs, or contact us. Alasveris does not sell personal information.

1) Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to people who interact with Alasveris, including:

•visitors browsing the marketplace;

•registered users;

•Individual sellers;

•Store owners and representatives;

•buyers contacting sellers;

•Affiliate applicants and approved Affiliates;

•Referral Program participants;

•people who contact Alasveris Support;

•and other people whose information is processed through supported Alasveris features.

The information collected depends on how you use the platform. A visitor who only browses Alasveris does not necessarily provide the same information as a Store owner, seller, Affiliate, or registered user.

2) Information you provide to us

Depending on the features you use, you may provide information such as:

Account information

Information used to create and maintain an account, including email address, authentication-related information, profile information, language or account preferences, and other information required by the applicable registration flow.

Individual profile information

If you use an Individual profile, you may provide information used for your profile, listings, contact options, and marketplace activity.

Store information

If you create or manage a Store, you may provide Store-related information such as:

•Store name;

•Store description;

•contact email, phone, Viber, or WhatsApp information;

•location and address information;

•website information;

•branding or logo images;

•other information entered during Store setup.

Listing information

When you create a listing, we process the information you provide, which may include:

•title;

•description;

•category;

•price;

•location;

•photos;

•listing attributes;

•contact information;

•other information relevant to the listing category.

Some listing information is intentionally public because publishing it is the purpose of the marketplace.

Communications

When you use Alasveris messaging, Support, reporting, or other communication features, we may process message content, participants, timestamps, listing or Store context, attachments where supported, support requests, and reports and related information.

Program information

If you participate in the Affiliate or Referral Program, Alasveris may process information necessary to operate that program, including attribution, referrals, qualifying activity, earnings, rewards, payout-related information, and program history where applicable.

3) Information collected automatically

When you use Alasveris, certain technical or usage information may be generated automatically. Depending on the feature and your account or consent state, this may include:

•IP address;

•browser or device information;

•session information;

•language and interface preferences;

•page or listing interactions;

•listing-view information;

•timestamps;

•security and authentication events;

•technical request information;

•referral or Affiliate attribution;

•first-party personalisation information;

•application logs.

4) Public information

Some information is intended to be visible to other users because Alasveris is a marketplace. Depending on how you use the platform, public information may include:

•published listings;

•listing photos;

•seller or Store name;

•Store profile information;

•seller-provided contact options;

•listing location information;

•other information intentionally published through marketplace features.

Before publishing information, consider whether you want it to be publicly available. Do not include passwords, payment-card credentials, identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in public listing descriptions, photos, or profile fields.

Removing an account or listing from Alasveris does not guarantee that copies previously saved, captured, indexed, or shared by other people or independent third parties will immediately disappear from systems outside Alasveris' control.

5) How we use information

Alasveris may use information to:

•create and maintain accounts;

•authenticate users and maintain sessions;

•provide Individual and Store functionality;

•publish and manage listings;

•operate marketplace search and filters;

•enable communication between users;

•provide saved-listing and related marketplace features;

•process reports and support requests;

•operate Store subscriptions;

•process supported payments and maintain related records;

•operate Affiliate and Referral Programs;

•calculate or maintain eligible commissions, rewards, or attribution;

•generate invoices, receipts, or related records where applicable;

•provide AI-powered features;

•personalize supported marketplace experiences;

•prevent duplicate or invalid activity;

•protect accounts and platform security;

•investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations;

•enforce platform rules;

•maintain technical reliability;

•diagnose errors;

•understand first-party product usage;

•improve Alasveris features and user experience;

•comply with applicable legal obligations;

•establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The exact processing depends on the features you use.

6) Personalisation and marketplace activity

Alasveris may use first-party interaction information to make supported parts of the marketplace more relevant or consistent for users.

Alasveris uses first-party browser identifiers (described in the Cookie Policy) associated with personalisation and session activity. Guest interaction recording is subject to the consent behavior described in the Cookie Policy: anonymous visitor interactions are only recorded in the database after you accept the cookie notice. Authenticated-user activity may be processed as part of providing, personalizing, securing, and improving the service.

Personalisation by Alasveris is not the same as selling information to advertisers. Alasveris does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies. See the Cookie Policy for the current browser-storage inventory and available controls.

7) AI-powered features

Alasveris uses AI in supported marketplace features. Depending on the feature, AI may assist with interpreting searches, creating or improving listing information, answering questions through Store Assistant, generating marketing content, and other supported marketplace tasks.

When you use an AI-powered feature, relevant information may be processed to generate the requested result. This may include:

•text you enter;

•search criteria;

•listing information;

•Store information;

•conversation context;

•other information necessary for the requested AI function.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information in AI prompts or other free-text fields.

AI service providers

Alasveris uses OpenAI and Google Gemini to support certain AI-powered features.

Depending on the feature and current configuration, relevant information may be transmitted to the applicable AI service provider so that it can process the requested function. This may include text you enter, search criteria, listing or Store information, and relevant conversation context.

Alasveris does not intentionally send payment-card credentials to AI service providers as part of normal AI feature operation.

Processing performed by an external AI provider is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices. Refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for current details.

8) Messages and communications

When users communicate through Alasveris, the platform may process and store the information required to provide that communication feature.

Messages may also be processed where reasonably necessary to:

•deliver the communication;

•maintain the service;

•investigate a report;

•protect users;

•prevent fraud or abuse;

•enforce platform rules;

•comply with applicable law.

Users should not send passwords, OTP or verification codes, full card credentials, banking passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through marketplace messages.

9) Listings, photos, and uploaded content

When you publish or upload content to Alasveris, we process that content to provide the relevant marketplace feature. This can include listing text, images, category information, listing attributes, location information, Store content, and other uploaded material.

Published marketplace content may be visible to other users and, depending on the technical configuration of public pages, may also be accessible to search engines or other public internet services.

Removing content from Alasveris does not necessarily remove independent copies previously stored outside Alasveris' systems.

Image and media storage

Uploaded photos and media may be processed by infrastructure providers used by Alasveris to store and deliver marketplace content.

This processing is used to make uploaded content available through the relevant Alasveris features.

10) Payments, subscriptions, and financial records

Some Alasveris features involve payments, subscriptions, listing-credit purchases, Store plans, Affiliate payouts, or other financial activity. Depending on the transaction, Alasveris may process or maintain information such as:

•the product, plan, or service purchased;

•amount and currency;

•transaction status;

•billing-cycle information;

•transaction identifiers;

•subscription status;

•invoice or receipt information;

•Affiliate commission or payout records;

•refund or reversal information;

•other accounting or transaction records required to operate the service.

Payment-card information

Alasveris integrates Stripe for supported payment processing.

When a payment is processed through Stripe, payment-card credentials are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Alasveris. Alasveris may receive and retain information associated with the transaction, such as transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, subscription references, and other information needed to operate the applicable purchase or subscription.

Stripe's processing of payment information is also subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Financial, tax, invoice, payout, and transaction records may be retained after an account or profile is deleted where required or permitted for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, or compliance purposes.

11) Affiliate Program data

If you apply for or participate in the Alasveris Affiliate Program, additional information may be processed to:

•review or maintain Affiliate status;

•generate and manage Affiliate links or codes;

•preserve attribution;

•identify qualifying Store activity;

•calculate commissions;

•manage earnings;

•process or record payouts;

•prevent self-referral or other program abuse;

•maintain required financial or audit records.

Affiliate attribution may involve a first-party browser cookie as described in our Cookie Policy.

Affiliate Program processing is separate from the Referral Program. Participation is also subject to the Affiliate Terms.

12) Referral Program data

The Alasveris Referral Program is separate from the Affiliate Program. When you use a Referral feature, Alasveris may process information needed to:

•associate an eligible referral with the referrer;

•determine whether qualifying activity occurred;

•apply eligible referral rewards;

•prevent duplicate or self-referral activity;

•maintain program history.

Referral attribution may use temporary browser storage where currently implemented. See our Cookie Policy for current browser-storage details.

13) Reports, moderation, fraud prevention, and platform safety

When content, a user, or marketplace activity is reported or flagged, Alasveris may process relevant information to review the issue. This may include:

•the reported listing or activity;

•account information;

•relevant communications;

•report details;

•timestamps;

•technical or security information;

•administrative review information;

•actions taken as a result of the review.

We may also process information to detect, investigate, prevent, or respond to suspected fraud, spam, account misuse, security incidents, prohibited activity, or attempts to circumvent platform rules.

Information associated with significant security, fraud, legal, or enforcement events may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally permitted even after other account information has been deleted.

14) Cookies and browser storage

Alasveris uses cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage, and related browser-side technologies for supported purposes including authentication, security, preferences, marketplace functionality, personalisation, Affiliate and Referral attribution, and other current platform features. Our Cookie Policy contains the current detailed inventory, purposes, durations, and browser-control information.

15) Service providers

Alasveris uses trusted third-party service providers to operate and support parts of the platform.

Depending on the service and feature involved, these providers may assist with areas such as:

•application and infrastructure services;

•database and data storage;

•image and media storage or delivery;

•transactional email and service communications;

•authentication;

•AI processing;

•payment processing;

•security and technical operations.

We may provide a service provider with information reasonably necessary for it to perform the relevant service on our behalf.

The information involved depends on the service. For example, an email delivery provider may process an email address and the content of a service message, while a storage provider may process content uploaded to the platform.

Service providers process information subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations and their role in providing services to Alasveris.

We may change service providers as our infrastructure and services evolve. This Privacy Policy will be updated where a change materially affects how personal information is handled.

16) When information may be disclosed

Alasveris may disclose information:

•to service providers that help operate the platform;

•when a user intentionally publishes information to the marketplace;

•when necessary to provide a feature requested by the user;

•in connection with payment, payout, or program operations where applicable;

•to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations;

•when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;

•to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;

•to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Alasveris, our users, or others where permitted by law;

•in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable requirements.

Alasveris does not sell personal information.

17) Data retention

Alasveris retains different categories of information for different periods. We do not use one universal retention period for all data. Retention may depend on:

•whether the account remains active;

•whether content remains published;

•the feature involved;

•security requirements;

•fraud or abuse prevention;

•financial and accounting obligations;

•tax requirements;

•Affiliate or payout records;

•transaction or subscription history;

•dispute resolution;

•legal claims;

•audit requirements;

•applicable law.

When information is no longer reasonably required for an applicable purpose, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled according to the relevant system and legal requirements.

18) Account, profile, and Store deletion

Deletion behavior depends on which Alasveris capabilities are attached to the account.

Delete Individual Profile

If an account has both an Individual profile and a Store, deleting the Individual profile removes Individual-specific content (personal listings, saved listings, and related data) while the Store and login remain active.

If the Individual profile is the only remaining account capability, deleting it may result in deletion of the remaining account.

Delete Store

If an account has both a Store and an Individual profile, deleting the Store removes the Store and its listings while the Individual profile and login remain active.

If the Store is the only remaining capability, deleting it may result in deletion of the remaining account.

Delete Entire Account

Delete Entire Account removes all removable account capabilities and ends access to the account. Deletion is intended to be permanent.

However, deletion does not necessarily require immediate destruction of every record associated with the account. Alasveris may retain or anonymize limited information where required or permitted for purposes such as:

•financial or tax records;

•invoices and transaction history;

•Affiliate commissions or payouts;

•fraud and abuse prevention;

•security records;

•legal obligations;

•disputes and legal claims;

•audit history;

•enforcement history.

The current implementation may also preserve non-reversible historical eligibility records where required to prevent program abuse or correctly apply marketplace rules.

Where a user account is anonymized rather than hard-deleted — for example when financial records must be preserved — personal identifiers are replaced with non-identifying values and profile fields are cleared.

19) Historical Store eligibility records

Alasveris may retain a limited historical record that an account previously operated a Store.

This record is used to apply marketplace and Affiliate eligibility rules consistently, including determining whether a Store qualifies as genuinely new for an applicable promotion or Affiliate benefit.

Maintaining this limited history helps prevent repeated promotional benefits, incorrect eligibility, and program abuse.

This historical record may remain after a Store or account is deleted where necessary for these purposes. Alasveris limits the record to information needed to preserve the relevant eligibility history and does not use it as a replacement for a deleted public profile.

20) Security

Alasveris uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Depending on the system, these measures may include:

•authentication controls;

•session security;

•CSRF protection;

•access restrictions;

•administrative controls;

•logging and monitoring;

•secure transport;

•infrastructure security;

•abuse-prevention measures.

No website, database, transmission method, or security system can guarantee absolute security.

Users also play an important role in protecting their accounts. Keep your password and verification codes confidential and contact Alasveris Support if you believe your account has been compromised.

21) International processing

Alasveris and its service providers may process information in different locations depending on the infrastructure and services used. The internet and cloud services can involve processing outside the user's state or country. The specific locations where data is processed depend on the service providers used by Alasveris.

22) Children

Alasveris is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to transact. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to Alasveris, contact Alasveris Support so the matter can be reviewed.

23) Your privacy choices

Depending on the information and applicable law, users may be able to:

•update account or profile information;

•correct information through available account controls;

•delete an Individual profile;

•delete a Store;

•delete the entire account;

•manage browser cookies and local storage;

•manage supported privacy or consent preferences;

•contact Alasveris about personal information.

24) Privacy rights

Privacy rights vary depending on where a person lives and which laws apply. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, which can include rights to:

•request access;

•request correction;

•request deletion;

•request information about processing;

•object to or restrict certain processing;

•receive a portable copy of certain information;

•withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

•exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions, verification, record-retention obligations, or other legal requirements. Submitting a request does not necessarily require Alasveris to delete information that must or may lawfully be retained.

25) Privacy requests

To make a privacy request, contact Alasveris Support using the available Contact page. Include enough information for Alasveris to understand the request and reasonably verify the account involved. Depending on the request, additional verification may be necessary before information is disclosed, corrected, or deleted.

Do not send:

•your password;

•OTP or verification codes;

•full payment-card details;

•CVV or security codes;

•authentication cookies or tokens.

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and the nature of the request.

26) No sale of personal information

Alasveris does not sell personal information.

Alasveris also does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies. See the Cookie Policy for the current browser-storage inventory. If these practices materially change, the relevant privacy disclosures and controls will be updated as required.

27) Changes to this Privacy Policy

Alasveris may update this Privacy Policy as the marketplace, technology, service providers, or legal requirements change. When the policy is updated, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Where required, additional notice or consent may be provided for material changes. Users should review the current version of this Privacy Policy when they need information about Alasveris' privacy practices.
