Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Alasveris, including our website, marketplace, accounts, listings, Store features, messaging, AI-powered features, paid services, and other supported services. By creating an account, publishing content, purchasing a supported service, or otherwise using Alasveris, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Alasveris. Alasveris is a marketplace platform. Unless a specific Alasveris service expressly states otherwise, Alasveris is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

1) Who may use Alasveris

Alasveris is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Alasveris and to participate in transactions where required.

You must have the legal capacity and authority necessary for the activities you perform through the platform.

If you use Alasveris on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

You may not use Alasveris if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2) Marketplace role

Alasveris provides technology that allows users to create, publish, discover, search, promote, and respond to marketplace listings.

Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise, Alasveris:

•is not the seller or buyer of items listed by users;

•does not take ownership of listed items;

•does not inspect or certify listed items;

•does not guarantee the identity, reliability, or conduct of a user;

•does not guarantee that a Store, seller, buyer, listing, product, property, vehicle, service, job opportunity, or other offer is genuine or suitable;

•does not hold transaction funds in escrow;

•does not arrange delivery between marketplace users;

•does not guarantee payment or delivery;

•does not guarantee that a transaction will be completed;

•does not provide a general buyer-protection or seller-protection guarantee unless a specific service expressly provides one.

Users communicate, evaluate offers, agree transaction terms, arrange payment, and arrange delivery or collection directly with each other.

Use reasonable judgment and review our Safety guidance before completing a transaction.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting access to your account.

You must not:

•provide false or intentionally misleading registration information;

•impersonate another person or organization;

•create or use an account for fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity;

•share authentication credentials in a way that compromises account security;

•attempt to access another person's account without authorization.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account where permitted by applicable law.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Alasveris Support.

4) Individual profiles and Stores

Alasveris supports separate Individual and Store capabilities under the same account system.

Depending on how you registered and which capabilities you later activate, an account may have:

•an Individual profile;

•a Store;

•or both an Individual profile and a Store.

Creating a Store does not require Alasveris to convert or duplicate your login into a separate account.

A Store-first account does not automatically receive an Individual profile.

An account may operate a maximum of one Store at a time.

Individual and Store functionality may have different features, pricing, limits, listing rules, subscription requirements, and eligibility requirements.

5) Store information and responsibility

Store owners are responsible for the information published through their Store, including Store descriptions, contact information, locations, websites, branding, listings, and other Store content.

Creating or operating a Store on Alasveris does not by itself mean that Alasveris has verified, endorsed, certified, or guaranteed that Store.

Store owners are responsible for ensuring that their commercial activity, products, services, advertising, licenses, registrations, taxes, and other business obligations comply with applicable law.

6) Listings

Listings must represent genuine offers and must be described accurately.

Information such as the title, description, category, price, location, photos, attributes, and other relevant listing information must not be intentionally false, deceptive, or misleading.

You are responsible for:

•the legality of what you offer;

•the accuracy of listing information;

•having the right to use uploaded photos and other content;

•selecting appropriate categories;

•keeping information reasonably current;

•removing or updating listings that are no longer available where appropriate.

Alasveris may restrict, hide, archive, expire, or remove listings in accordance with platform rules and marketplace lifecycle functionality.

7) Prohibited listings and conduct

You may not use Alasveris to publish, promote, request, facilitate, or engage in activity that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms or applicable platform rules.

Prohibited conduct includes, where applicable:

•fraud or attempted fraud;

•scams or deceptive schemes;

•impersonation;

•intentionally false or misleading listings;

•spam;

•harassment;

•credible threats or intimidation;

•unlawful discrimination or prohibited hateful conduct;

•exploitation or sexual abuse of minors;

•illegal goods or services;

•content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;

•malware, phishing, malicious links, or credential theft;

•unauthorized collection or misuse of personal information;

•manipulation of platform systems;

•artificial inflation of views, referrals, commissions, rewards, or other platform metrics;

•attempts to bypass payment, eligibility, safety, or enforcement systems;

•use of Alasveris for activity that violates applicable law.

Alasveris may maintain additional category-specific or safety restrictions as the marketplace evolves.

The absence of a specific item from this list does not mean that illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity is permitted.

8) Photos, text, and other user content

You retain ownership of content you own and submit to Alasveris.

By submitting or publishing content through Alasveris, you grant Alasveris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, adapt for technical presentation, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Alasveris service.

This license allows Alasveris, for example, to:

•display your listing to marketplace visitors;

•resize or technically process uploaded images;

•display Store information;

•create previews or search results;

•make public marketplace pages accessible through supported discovery features.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and grant this license.

You must not upload content that unlawfully infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from Alasveris, except to the extent continued retention or processing is reasonably required for backups, legal obligations, security, disputes, enforcement, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

9) Public marketplace information

Information intentionally published through a marketplace listing or Store may be publicly accessible.

Depending on the technical configuration of public pages, this content may also be discovered or indexed by search engines and other independent internet services.

Alasveris does not control copies independently saved, indexed, cached, captured, or shared outside the platform.

Consider this before publishing personal contact details or other information in a public listing.

10) Individual listing credits

Alasveris may require Individual users to use listing credits to publish eligible Individual listings.

Current credit packages, prices, and applicable conditions are displayed in the relevant pricing area before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular offer:

•listing credits are platform-use credits;

•credits have no cash value;

•credits cannot be redeemed for cash;

•credits may only be used for supported Alasveris features;

•credits are associated with the applicable account.

Purchasing credits does not guarantee that a listing will remain published if it violates these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law.

11) Listing lifecycle and reposting

Listings may be subject to publication periods, expiration, grace periods, archiving, deletion, or other lifecycle rules shown or applied by the platform.

Individual reposting uses the listing-credit system where reposting is available.

A repost may consume the applicable listing credit and create or renew visibility according to the current feature behavior.

Current requirements are displayed through the relevant interface.

Alasveris may change future listing lifecycle rules or credit requirements with appropriate notice where required.

12) Bumps, visibility add-ons, and promotion

Alasveris may offer paid or plan-based tools that increase or refresh listing visibility.

For Individual listings, available visibility add-ons and their current prices, durations, and effects are displayed before purchase.

Store listings may have visibility or promotional functionality depending on the Store plan and current platform configuration.

Purchasing or receiving increased visibility does not guarantee:

•a particular search position except for a placement expressly included in the purchased feature;

•a specific number of views;

•buyer contacts;

•leads;

•sales;

•transaction completion.

Promotional placement remains subject to listing eligibility, platform rules, and the applicable purchased or plan-based feature.

13) Store subscriptions

Some Store functionality requires a paid subscription.

Available plans, billing cycles, prices, listing limits, features, and other commercial terms are displayed in the Store plan-selection area.

Store subscriptions may be available on monthly and yearly billing cycles.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, paid Store subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period until cancelled.

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily terminate access immediately. Access may continue through the already-paid subscription period, subject to platform rules.

Store subscription status may affect:

•Store visibility;

•listing publication;

•listing limits;

•promotional functionality;

•Store tools;

•other plan-dependent features.

14) Store plan changes

For an active Store subscription with a future subscription expiry or renewal date, selecting a different plan may schedule the new plan for the next renewal instead of charging immediately.

Where the interface states that no charge is due today:

•the existing plan remains active until the current period ends;

•the selected replacement plan is stored as a pending plan change;

•the pending change may be cancelled or replaced where supported;

•the new plan becomes applicable at the relevant renewal.

The exact effective date and applicable plan information are shown before the change is confirmed.

Different rules may apply where there is no active paid period or where a specific checkout flow expressly states otherwise.

15) Payments

Prices and charges are displayed before the relevant purchase.

Alasveris integrates third-party payment processing for supported paid features.

When a payment is processed through a payment provider, additional provider terms and privacy practices may apply.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for ensuring that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

A payment is not considered successfully completed until the applicable payment flow confirms successful payment.

Failed, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or refunded transactions may affect the related subscription, credits, promotion, commission, reward, or other paid feature where applicable.

16) Refunds, reversals, and billing issues

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise for a specific offer, completed purchases are generally non-refundable after the applicable digital service, credit, subscription period, or promotional benefit has been provided or made available.

A partial billing period does not automatically entitle a user to a prorated refund.

If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, Alasveris may reverse or remove the corresponding credits, subscription entitlement, promotion, Affiliate commission, Referral reward, or other benefit associated with that payment where applicable.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Alasveris Support.

17) AI-powered features

Alasveris uses AI to support certain marketplace functionality, which may include:

•search interpretation;

•listing creation or improvement;

•Store Assistant;

•marketing-content generation;

•other supported AI-assisted features.

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, sending, or using it.

AI-generated information does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through AI prompts.

18) Store Assistant

Store Assistant is an AI-powered feature and is not a human representative of the Store or Alasveris.

It may use Store, listing, conversation, filter, or other relevant marketplace context to generate responses.

Store Assistant cannot:

•enter into a binding agreement on behalf of a Store;

•guarantee availability;

•guarantee a price unless independently confirmed by the relevant seller;

•guarantee product condition;

•guarantee delivery;

•make legally binding promises on behalf of a seller or Alasveris.

Users should independently confirm important transaction details with the seller.

19) Messaging and communication between users

Alasveris may provide tools that allow users to communicate about listings and marketplace activity.

You must not use communication features for:

•spam;

•harassment;

•threats;

•fraud;

•phishing;

•malware;

•credential theft;

•unlawful marketing;

•prohibited content;

•attempts to manipulate or abuse the platform.

Do not request or send passwords, OTP codes, authentication credentials, banking passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through marketplace messages.

Alasveris may process communications where reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate reports, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

20) Reporting content and safety concerns

If you believe a listing violates Alasveris rules, use the available Report function on the listing.

For concerns involving a user, Store, message, suspected scam, account issue, or other marketplace activity, contact Alasveris Support.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular enforcement outcome.

Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself violate these Terms.

21) Moderation and enforcement

Alasveris may review and take action regarding content or activity that we reasonably believe:

•violates these Terms;

•violates applicable law;

•presents a security or safety risk;

•involves suspected fraud or abuse;

•infringes third-party rights;

•interferes with platform operation;

•attempts to circumvent platform rules.

Depending on the circumstances, Alasveris may:

•reject or remove content;

•hide or limit listing visibility;

•pause or restrict features;

•restrict posting or messaging;

•suspend or deactivate a Store;

•suspend or deactivate an account;

•preserve relevant records;

•take other reasonably necessary platform-protection measures.

Where appropriate, action may be taken without advance notice, particularly where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or user safety.

Alasveris does not guarantee that every report will result in removal, suspension, or another specific action.

22) Affiliate Program

The Alasveris Affiliate Program is a separate program subject to additional eligibility and participation rules.

An account that currently operates a Store cannot simultaneously participate as an Alasveris Affiliate, and an Affiliate cannot create or operate a Store while the Affiliate relationship remains active, subject to the current program rules.

Affiliate benefits may apply only to qualifying activity.

Detailed rules governing attribution, new-Store eligibility, commissions, tiers, reversals, payout eligibility, suspension, termination, and other Affiliate matters are contained in the separate Affiliate Terms.

If these general Terms conflict with the Affiliate Terms on a matter specific to the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Terms control for that Program matter.

23) Referral Program

The Referral Program is separate from the Affiliate Program.

Depending on the applicable Referral feature, eligible users or Stores may receive platform benefits when a referred user completes qualifying activity.

Referral eligibility, qualifying events, and rewards are determined by the current Referral Program configuration and interface.

Referral rewards:

•are not guaranteed merely because a referral link or code was used;

•may require qualifying activity;

•may be denied or reversed for self-referral, duplicate attribution, fraud, abuse, reversal of qualifying activity, or other ineligible activity;

•have no cash value unless Alasveris expressly states otherwise.

Alasveris may modify future Referral Program rules or rewards.

24) Affiliate and Referral integrity

You may not manipulate Affiliate or Referral systems.

Prohibited activity includes:

•self-referral where prohibited;

•creating accounts to generate artificial rewards or commissions;

•using misleading attribution methods;

•interfering with tracking;

•attempting to claim another participant's attribution;

•coordinating fraudulent qualifying transactions;

•repeatedly creating or deleting Stores or accounts to obtain benefits intended for genuinely new participants.

Alasveris may preserve limited historical eligibility records to prevent repeated promotional benefits and program abuse, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

25) Third-party websites and services

Alasveris may contain links to websites, services, payment providers, or other resources operated by third parties.

Alasveris does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

A link from Alasveris does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the third party.

26) Intellectual property

The Alasveris platform, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, original platform content, and other materials owned by Alasveris, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Alasveris, you may not:

•copy or reproduce protected Alasveris materials;

•use Alasveris branding in a misleading manner;

•reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited by law;

•remove ownership or rights notices;

•use Alasveris intellectual property to impersonate or falsely suggest an official relationship with Alasveris.

These restrictions do not transfer ownership of user-created content to Alasveris.

27) Platform availability and changes

Alasveris may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue platform features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

Maintenance, security events, technical failures, third-party outages, capacity limits, legal requirements, or product changes may affect availability.

Where a material change affects an existing paid service, Alasveris will provide notice where required by applicable law or the applicable commercial terms.

28) Account, Individual profile, and Store deletion

Deletion behavior depends on the capabilities attached to the account.

Delete Individual Profile

If your account also has a Store, deleting the Individual profile removes the Individual capability while the Store and login may remain.

If the Individual profile is the only remaining capability, deleting it may result in deletion or deactivation of the remaining account.

Delete Store

If your account also has an Individual profile, deleting the Store removes the Store while the Individual profile and login may remain.

If the Store is the only remaining capability, deleting it may result in deletion or deactivation of the remaining account.

Delete Entire Account

Delete Entire Account removes all removable account capabilities and ends access to the account.

Deletion does not necessarily require immediate destruction of every record associated with the account.

Alasveris may retain or anonymize limited information where required or permitted for purposes such as:

•financial and tax records;

•invoices and transaction history;

•Affiliate commissions or payouts;

•fraud and abuse prevention;

•security;

•legal obligations;

•disputes or legal claims;

•audit and enforcement history;

•historical Store eligibility.

29) Termination by Alasveris

Alasveris may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate access where we reasonably determine that:

•these Terms have been materially or repeatedly violated;

•the account is being used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;

•continued access presents a material security or safety risk;

•required payment remains invalid or reversed for a paid service;

•action is required by law or valid legal process;

•continued operation of the account would materially harm Alasveris, users, or platform integrity.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Alasveris may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.

Severe fraud, security, safety, or legal circumstances may require immediate action.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

30) No guarantee of transactions or results

Alasveris does not guarantee:

•that a listing will receive views or responses;

•that a buyer will purchase;

•that a seller will complete a sale;

•that a Store will generate revenue;

•that a promoted listing will generate leads or sales;

•that an Affiliate will earn commissions;

•that a Referral participant will receive a reward unless all applicable conditions are satisfied;

•that a user will be trustworthy;

•that an item, service, property, vehicle, job opportunity, or other offer will meet your expectations.

Marketplace activity involves decisions made by independent users.

You are responsible for evaluating those decisions and transaction risks.

31) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alasveris is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Alasveris does not warrant that:

•the platform will always be available;

•every error will be corrected;

•every listing is accurate;

•every user is genuine;

•every transaction is safe;

•every AI-generated result is accurate;

•every third-party service will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

32) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alasveris and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from or relating to use of Alasveris.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alasveris is not responsible for losses arising from:

•transactions between users;

•inaccurate or fraudulent listings;

•actions or omissions of buyers, sellers, Stores, Affiliates, or other users;

•third-party websites or services;

•unauthorized activity outside Alasveris’ reasonable control;

•reliance on AI-generated information;

•interruptions or technical failures outside Alasveris’ reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

33) Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alasveris and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

•your unlawful use of Alasveris;

•content you submit or publish;

•your violation of these Terms;

•your violation of another person’s rights;

•your marketplace transactions;

•your business activity through a Store;

•your fraud, abuse, or intentional misconduct.

This section applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

34) Applicable law and mandatory rights

These Terms do not limit consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If applicable law gives you mandatory rights that conflict with a provision of these Terms, those mandatory rights continue to apply.

35) Changes to these Terms

Alasveris may update these Terms to reflect:

•changes to the marketplace;

•new or changed features;

•commercial changes;

•security requirements;

•legal or regulatory requirements;

•changes to platform rules.

The “Last updated” date will be revised when these Terms change.

Where required by applicable law, Alasveris will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.

If a change requires affirmative acceptance under applicable law or the relevant service terms, Alasveris may request that acceptance through the platform.

36) Relationship between policies

These Terms govern general use of Alasveris.

Additional policies may apply to specific activities. In particular:

•the Privacy Policy explains how information is handled;

•the Cookie Policy explains cookies and browser storage;

•Safety provides practical marketplace-safety guidance;

•the Affiliate Terms contain additional rules for Affiliate Program participation.

Where additional terms apply to a specific feature or program, those terms supplement these Terms.

Where there is a conflict concerning a matter specifically governed by valid additional terms, the specific terms control for that matter to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When contacting Support, provide enough information to identify the relevant account, listing, Store, payment, or issue.

Do not send passwords, OTP codes, full payment-card credentials, CVV codes, or authentication tokens.

Alasveris does not promise a fixed support response time.
